Why Use LitBuy as Your Purchasing Agent?

Chinese factory platforms such as Weidian and 1688 do not ship internationally, and rarely accept Western credit cards or PayPal. A purchasing agent acts as your local proxy in China:

  • Secure Payment: Pay in USD, EUR, or GBP via credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Stripe.
  • Inspection & Quality Control: Before items leave China, warehouse staff unbox, weigh, and take high-resolution photos so you can confirm materials, colorways, and tags.
  • Consolidated Shipping: Store items from multiple sellers for up to 90 days for free, bundle them into one single parcel, and save 50%+ on international air freight.
  • Customs Protection: Select tax-free triangle shipping routes (Air DDP) where all customs duties are pre-cleared before arrival.

Pro Tips for LitBuy Users

  • Drop Shoeboxes: Choose the "Drop Shoebox" packaging option at parcel submission. Removing bulky packaging cuts volumetric weight significantly, saving $25–$45 per sneaker pair.
  • Always Add Shipping Insurance: For a small fee (~3% of parcel value), insurance protects against rare customs seizures, shipping delays, or parcel damage with 100% compensation.
  • Use Rehearsal Packaging: Request rehearsal pre-packaging before paying shipping deposits. The warehouse packs and weighs your exact haul, eliminating shipping overestimates.
